I WILL OF COURSE GIVE YOU THE 1ST CLASS TRACKING NUMBER & DETAILS OF POSTING, HOWEVER THERE WILL BE NO POINT IN ASKING ME WHERE YOUR BOX IS, BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE YOUR ORDER SENT
1ST CLASS RECORDED, THIS IS NOW DOWN TO YOU
TO TRACK IT DOWN, AND MAKE ALL CLAIMS WITH THE ROYAL MAIL FOR A REFUND IF IT GOES MISSING.
I AM VERY SORRY BUT THIS POOR ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SERVICE HAS LEFT ME NO OPTION.

Just to confirm, there will be no point in emailing me to ask where your box is if you have chosen to have it posted by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, it will be up to you to track it down I'm afraid!

PACKS ARE SENT 1ST CLASS ONLY WITH STAMPS TO THE VALUE REQUIRED FOR FIRST CLASS DELIVERY.
SOMETIMES THEY ARE POSTED IN THE PUBLIC MAIL BOX, MAINLY HANDED IN AT MY LOCAL POST OFFICE, THESE VERY OFTEN ARRIVE THE VERY NEXTDAY OR WITHIN 2 - 3 DAY'S AT MOST.
HOWEVER OF LATE (The last few month's) THERE HAS BEEN MANY OCCASION'S WHERE PACK'S HAVE BEEN TURNING UP AFTER 7 - 8 DAY'S!
THIS IS A ROYAL MAIL PROBLEM AND I ASSURE YOU THERE IS NOTHING WHATSOEVER I CAN DO ABOUT IT.
IT IS FOR THIS REASON I FEEL I MUST ASK YOU NOT TO CONTACT ME
UNTIL 7 DAY'S AFTER I HAVE POSTED!
AGAIN I APPOLIGISE FOR THIS BUT PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND I HAVE BEEN PUT INTO THIS POSITION BY THE ROYAL MAIL'S INCONSISTENT 1ST CLASS MAIL SERVICE.

YOUR PACK'S ARE ALWAY'S POSTED THE DAY AFTER YOU ORDER, SOMETIMES THE SAME DAY & I ALWAY'S INFORM YOU OF POSTING TIME DIRECTLY AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
Please place orders the evening before day of posting or 8.30 am at the latest for posting that day.
MOLDY OR ROTTEN POD'S
Please note you may on find a pod or two with a patch of mold or a head rotten inside
Please take into account that the harvest of 2008 was a very long time ago and unfortunately poor quality pods/heads will occur from time to time.
Please understand dried poppies with internal rot are impossible to see whilst packing orders. All my pods/heads are grown naturally without use of Pesticides Herbicides or any use of Preservatives, unfortunataly mold & rot is present on occasions because of the absence of those treatment's
I know which I prefer!
I always do my utmost to send the best quality heads available to me at the present time.
